Bookings & quotes

Prices shown on the site are indicative and can vary with season, group size and availability. A booking is confirmed only once we agree the details and price with you directly (usually over WhatsApp). We are a local operator and may arrange parts of your trip through trusted local guides, drivers, pilots and hosts.

Payments

We do not take payment through this website. Any advance or balance payment terms are agreed with you at the time of booking.

Cancellations & changes

We aim to be flexible. Most packages can be cancelled up to 48 hours before with no charge; some third-party costs (e.g. permits, special bookings) may be non-refundable. We'll always confirm the cancellation terms for your specific booking up front.

Activities & risk

Trekking, paragliding, riding and other mountain activities carry inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and must follow the guidance of our guides, pilots and drivers. Please see our Health & Safety page.

Rentals

Vehicle and gear rentals require a valid licence (where applicable), a government photo ID and a refundable security deposit. You are responsible for fuel, traffic rules and any damage during the rental period.

Liability

We act in good faith to deliver the services you book. We are not liable for losses arising from weather, road or flight conditions, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
